Having a short engagement I felt very pressurised by other dress shops to make a decision and buy a dress. Before going to see Roz I felt very overwhelmed by the whole experience! I was slightly disappointed to start with that the dresses I’d identified in the book had already been sold that weekend but when I explained about my wedding and what I was looking for to Roz, she took this on board and gave me dresses to try on which were amazing, including ‘The One’! Even when deciding whether to visit another shop after trying on the dresses, Roz left us to take our time and make a decision and not once did I feel like she was trying to make ‘a sale’.
