I’d said love to try on the dress on the mannequin, jokingly as I never thought I could pull it off but I instantly fell in love.Your seamstress did the most incredible job of altering it to fit my height and of making me feel so good in it throughout the fittings and I felt so proud to wear such a beautifully crafted dress. Thank you for giving me the confidence to wear it, I have the fondest memories of the most incredible wedding day with my husband and son and feeling like a Hollywood star throughout.

Having a short engagement I felt very pressurised by other dress shops to make a decision and buy a dress. Before going to see Roz I felt very overwhelmed by the whole experience! I was slightly disappointed to start with that the dresses I’d identified in the book had already been sold that weekend but when I explained about my wedding and what I was looking for to Roz, she took this on board and gave me dresses to try on which were amazing, including ‘The One’! Even when deciding whether to visit another shop after trying on the dresses, Roz left us to take our time and make a decision and not once did I feel like she was trying to make ‘a sale’. Thank you so much for everything!

Just a quick email to thank you for all your help with my wedding dress, jacket and sparkly belt! My experience with yourself and The White Wedding House has been wonderful. I will definately be recommending you. You welcomed my bridal party and let me choose and try on some gorgeous “one off” wedding dresses in a very relaxed atmosphere with beauitful surroundings. You also took the time to ask pertinent questions about me and the type of wedding we are having and understood my style and requirements very quickly. There was no pressure to buy any dresses and I found your prices to be reasonable. You also had great choice compared with some other shops which I visited with my friends when they chose their wedding dresses. I would also like to highly recommend Natalie the dressmaker. She was flexible, listened to the alterations that I wanted and carried them out exactly as I had asked. My mum also had her dress altered by Natalie after two other dressmakers declined the work as they said that it was “too complicated”. Again she was over the moon with the quality of work and Natalie was also very reasonably priced. You and Natalie have taken a great deal of stress and worry away from us and have allowed us to spend time on other aspects of organising the wedding.
I had almost given up hope of finding the right dress after some average experiences in tired looking shops where service was “ok” – not the special treatment I had hoped for in the run up to my big day. In fact, I wondered if I was being too fussy and should just by a dress that looked reasonable. Then I found White Wedding House and booked an appointment with Roz, the owner, at the shop which is in the grounds of a beautiful Essex country house. Roz was amazing and really listened to what I wanted. The dresses were all beautiful designer quality with lots to choose from, and there was loads of room to try them on. Mum and sisters even had front row sofas to enjoy the show! And then I tried on “the one” – I knew it straight away! Thanks so much Roz for helping me find the perfect dress – I can’t wait to enjoy feeling like a real princess in it in a few months time

The White Wedding House is the most amazing bridal shop I have ever been in. It is set in the beautiful grounds of an Essex country house and as soon as you walk in you get the feeling every bride should have when choosing their dress. The boutique is beautifully decorated and you get a one on one personal shopping experience with Roz the owner. The designer dresses are beautiful yet affordable. Having visited many bridal shops in Essex I cannot recommend the boutique highly enough for the entire experience.
